  • Our Oregano Brujo is thoughtfully cultivated in our Island Puerto Rico with care and intention. To craft this hydrolat, we partner with a skilled artisan distiller in Pennsylvania. While we grow and harvest the plant ourselves, we currently don’t have the specialized equipment needed for professional steam distillation. That’s why we entrust this delicate and precise process to experienced hands—ensuring the final product maintains its full botanical integrity, purity, and therapeutic value.

Our Oregano Brujo Hydrolat is a seasonal treasure distilled from the vibrant Coleus amboinicus plant—also known as Orejón, Broadleaf Thyme, Cuban Oregano, Country Borage, and Soup Mint.

Grown in the countryside of Puerto Rico, this plant is cultivated using sustainable methods that honor nature’s rhythm—completely free of synthetic chemicals, pesticides, and additives. Harvested at peak potency, the leaves and flowering tops are artisan-distilled in Pennsylvania using low-temperature steam distillation, capturing the soul of the plant in water form.

Unlike essential oils, hydrolats are gentle, water-based, and energetically subtle. Yet this one holds its own with a bold, herbal presence.

Herbaceous, strong, with spicy and camphoraceous notes—an invigorating scent that reflects the plant’s warming, purifying nature.

Essential oils have NOT been removed from this Hydrolat. Making it more potent and effective. Dilute with distilled or purified water for use other than topical.
