At The Organic For You, we value transparency, integrity, and your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our purchase and cancellation terms below.

Purchase Options

  1. One-Time Purchases

    • Available on all products, including hydrosols, lotions, and oils.

    • Payment is due at the time of purchase.

  2. Refill Program Purchases

    • Customers may choose eco-friendly refill pouches for select products.

    • Refill purchases are final sale and cannot be exchanged for other items.

  3.  

    • Customers may enroll in a subscription plan to receive recurring shipments.

    • Subscriptions are billed automatically on the schedule selected at checkout.

    • Discounts and promotions tied to subscriptions apply only during the active subscription period.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  1. Order Modifications

    • Once an order is placed, modifications (changing items, shipping address, etc.) must be requested within 12 hours by emailing carmennunez@theorganicforyou.com.

    • After this window, we cannot guarantee changes as the order may already be in processing.

  2. Cancellations

    • One-time purchases may be cancelled within 12 hours of order confirmation for a full refund.

    • Subscription orders may be cancelled at any time, but to avoid being charged for the next shipment, the cancellation must be made at least 3 business days before the scheduled billing date.

    • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  3. Refill Pouches, Handcrafted soaps and Hydrsosols

    • Due to hygiene and sustainability practices, all refill pouch, soaps and hydrosols purchases are final sale and cannot be cancelled or returned once processed.

Refunds & Returns

  • Products may be eligible for return or replacement if they arrive damaged or defective. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
