Can I cancel a pre-order?

Yes — you can cancel a partially paid pre-order any time before it has been fulfilled.

Once your pre-order has been fulfilled and shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but you may still request a full or partial refund in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

If the items ordered are in stock, we’ll work quickly to prepare and ship your order as soon as possible.
