Some of our offerings are crafted in small seasonal batches or rely on fresh, local botanicals, resins, and beeswax that aren’t always available year-round. When a product is listed as Pre-Order, it means it is currently out of stock or still in the final stages of production or curing, and will be available soon.

Pre-orders allow you to reserve your product ahead of time and ensure you receive it as soon as it becomes available — especially for limited or seasonal releases.

Can I cancel a pre-order?

Yes — you can cancel a partially paid pre-order any time before it has been fulfilled.

Once your pre-order has been fulfilled and shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but you may still request a full or partial refund in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

If the items ordered are in stock, we’ll work quickly to prepare and ship your order as soon as possible. For pre-order or made-to-order items, please allow about one week for production before shipping. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
