How does the recipient redeem their gift certificates?
Gift certificates can only be redeemed via the website, by entering the certificate's unique number in the 'discount code' box at the checkout. Gift Certificatess are not exchangeable for cash or replaced if lost or stolen.
How will I receive the gift voucher?
Our gift e- certificates are electronic - they will be emailed to you to print at home, or to forward onto the recipient. If you would like us to send you the gift certificate by mail, please choose the option below and please allow time for us to make the certificate up to your requirements; certificates will usually be shipped within a day. If choosing your gift certificate as electronic then please check your spam box as certificates can sometimes end up in the wrong place depending on your email provider. If you haven't received your certificate within 2 working days please do get in touch
If you would like to send the gift certificate to a recipient, please enter their information in the Shipping Address section when you check out.
You can email the Gift Certificate Code to someone else if you choose.
