Melt this All Purpose Lotion Bar with one ounce of your carrier oil of choose, in a bain marie method, mix it and pour it into a container. The result is a versatile healing and repairing salve for your hands and others areas of dry, chapped, cracked, itchy, irritated skin and as a preventative to keep skin healthy and supple. Great on heels and elbows! Use it as it as a lip balm, a cuticle conditioner, or to tame fly-away tresses.
You can also melt this All Purpose Lotion Bar into a Lip Balm. Just melt it into a bain marie method, mix it and then pour it into lip balm containers. The result will be around 5 to 6 healing lip balms.
Do you want to make a body butter from this All Purpose Lotion Bar? Just melt it at bain marie, add about 2 ounces of shea butter or mango butter or any exotic hard butter you would like and a tablespoon of arrowroot powder ot tapioca starch then when it cools down whip it with a hand mixer. The result will be a non-greasy body butter for your dry winter skin.
This All Purpose Lotion Bar is a herbal preparation that also makes a safe and effective first-aid, as it may soothes and heals minor cuts, scrapes, and wounds (apply after cleaning them). It is also a remedy for minor burns and sunburn, and can take the itch out of bug bites.
