My Story: A Puerto Rican Beginning: My story begins in the vibrant landscapes of Puerto Rico, where beauty is not just a concept but a way of life for women. Raised by my maternal grandmother during the weekdays while my parents worked, I was immersed in a world where beauty and herbalism were revered as essential aspects of well-being. My grandmother, a pioneer of beauty and herbal wisdom, crafted handcrafted cosmetics and medicinal wonders from herbs grown in her garden.

A Grandmother's Legacy: Witnessing my grandmother's dedication to her skincare rituals, especially in the face of the sun's challenges during her work on her brother's farm, left an indelible mark on me. The very essence of skincare, she taught me, was not a luxury but a necessity—a vital step in preserving the health of our skin. From her kitchen, the first creations for skincare emerged as she mixed potions to nourish and protect the skin.

From Inspiration to Herbalism: Years have passed since those childhood days, and the inspiration drawn from my grandmother led me to delve into the study of herbalism. Herbalism, for me, became a way of understanding the positive impact of plants on our bodies—an exploration of using nature's gifts to support the body's healing.

We infuse raw plant materials such as leaves, flowers, fruits, seeds, roots, barks, rhizomes, and more into vegetable oil for several weeks under the sun or through a slow cooker pot.
